A safety-led, client-focused culture
Our commitment to the health and safety of employees underpins everything we do. We partner with clients to achieve aligned goals, and we invest in the training, education and betterment of our people.
We operate large engineering and workshop facilities in Picton, Western Australia, where parts and equipment are fabricated, overhauled, maintained and exchanged – minimising interruptions to our clients’ operations.
The business is led by an external Chief Executive Officer, Daniel Sharpe, and an Executive Leadership Team of family and non-family members, with the Piacentini family – Colin as Managing Director and Brad and Kim as Executive Directors.
